From Fractured Finger to Olympic Fame: The Inspiring Story of Zheng Haohao 🛹

11-year-old skateboarding whiz, Zheng Haohao from China, is on her way to re-define gender stereotypes. 

Zheng Haohao’s first experience with skateboarding was at age 7 from a friend’s recommendation. Since then, she has grown into China's youngest Olympian and one of the world's youngest. 

Her signature technique, which involves bowl skateboarding with remarkable sequences of ollies, flips, and spins, actually came from a fractured finger accident during practice. A long dreamer of competing in the Olympics, she refused to let this obstacle take over her dream but instead, perseveringly slides and grinds to this year's Olympics. 

Undiscouraged by her age, her goals at the Olympics were inspiring - to demonstrate what she’s got and ‘fulfill the dreams many adults have.’ Zheng is a rising star to watch in Paris.

Lisa's Latest MV Brings Thai Pride to the Forefront with Urban Flair ✨

Lisa (Blackpink) has never been one to shy away from her Thai roots. From her glittery self-indulgent debut anthem “LALISA”, regally adorned with bedazzling Thai attire, headdress, and thrones (where she belongs), she has once again brought her homeland on the map but this time- a more juiced-up, cyberpunk, and streetwise feel in “ROCKSTAR.” 

Her first music video (MV) with her own label LLOUD, was shot at many locations in Bangkok, including the now-abandoned Oscar theater and Yaowarat Road, the bustling neighborhood in one of the world’s largest Chinatowns. 

To conduct the shooting smoothly, according to MS News, Lisa’s team closed the area from 2 AM to 5 AM for three days in May, paying store owners 20,000 baht and passers-by 1,000 baht each to compensate for the disturbance. 

Besides, the Buriram native’s MV invited three famous Thai trans influencers and a famous gangster-looking model, all effortlessly channeling the natural joy, pride, and swag in the land of smiles and solidifying her title as Thai’s (unofficial) princess.
