If you’ve ever ordered food from an app, you’ve probably heard of Snackpass before. Snackpass is a fast-growing startup that operates a social food-ordering app alongside a suite of software and hardware solutions for restaurant operations.

I had the pleasure to sit down with Snackpass’s co-founder and CEO, Kevin Tan, to talk about his background and experiences.

Louvre Struck by Jin (BTS) as He Lights up the Paris Olympic Torch Relay 🔥

As South Korea’s official representative, global K-pop sensation Jin (BTS) was honored to lead the Louvre Museum section of the Paris Olympic Torch Relay on Bastille Day.

Colorful hand signs, and bandrolls from his fandom, many handwritten in Korean language, filled the streets of Paris, with fans greeting and cheering to celebrate BTS and Jin’s global impact. This highlights the values of Olympics and also BTS - whether through sports or music, unity is key.

Escorted by police, he then moved to Rue de Rivoli, a nearby street, and was handed the torch. He ran about 200 meters before returning it to the torch relay center at the museum.

The 31-year-old recently completed his mandatory military service, becoming the first BTS member to do so. He is expected to focus on solo activities in the coming months.
